What data sources do you use?

We use a hybrid model, aggregating data from public sources (like property portals, TNB publications, and government reports) and enriching it with our own proprietary analysis and statistical modeling. All data is continuously updated.

Is your data for all of Malaysia?

Our initial launch will focus on Peninsular Malaysia, where the majority of LSS projects are concentrated. We have plans to expand coverage to Sabah and Sarawak in a future update.

When is the platform launching?
